The President jogs with U.S. Army Sgt. Neil Duncan, who lost both of his legs when an IED blew up his Humvee in Afghanistan in December 2005, and U.S. Army Spec. Max Ramsey, who lost one of his legs when an IED blew up his Humvee in Iraq in March 2006.While I congratulate both soldiers on their recovery, I feel obliged to point out that in any sane society Bush would not be running with them, but away from them. Them and a pitchforks-and-torches tar-and-feathers mob of about 20,000 other wounded veterans he sent off to get shot and is now screwing by cutting their health care benefits so he can continue to fund tax cuts for the wealthy.

Damn right. I don't think he does many photo-ops with injured troops lately, does he. Probably worried about that exact scenario. Which would be oh so cool, but the soldiers undoubtedly have too much class.
