It's not me, but I work a block away and a few more of those 45 degree-85 percent humidity August days and I wouldn't necessarily rule it out for next year.

To inject some snark...I noticed that they didn't tase him to death. And with the sticks and the shield, it looked like they were trying to snare an escaped animal. A gibbon perhaps.
So what was the verdict; off his meds? Mad at the emperor? Or just really, really hot?
