Ned Flanders MP part 2
Recursivity: Local Bigot Headed for Ottawa

Point very well taken. But I kind of liked Ned Flanders. Must you defile the name of a perfectly good cartoon character by association with this guy? After all, cartoon Ned did loosen up from time to time, whereas this chap strikes me as somebody who would sprinkle holy water on dogs humping in the park ("I rebuke thee, foul spirit of canine lust!").

Point well taken, Ned was an uptight bible-walloper, but well-meaning and harmless. The crusaders in the Conservative party are anything but harmless. What to call them?
