Hey, sometimes it's worse. In our old neighbourhood in Toronto we used to have bicycle-by shootings. The success rate wasn't much better, though. I think they shot out a store window once.

I remember the days when large gangs of hooligans would stand in the streets, wearing their colours. They would carry like these sticks wrapped in tape and fire these hard rubber disks at people. Sure, they may not have had guns or knives, but if you showed up wearing the wrong colours yourself, things would get ugly.
